Giving back to the Community

To apply for the scholarship, please follow these steps. Applications will be disqualified if the instructions are not followed.

1. Complete the Online Form:
   Fill out the Scholarship Application Form below with your personal details. Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
2. Prepare Your Documents:
   Gather digital copies of the following documents:
   • One-Page Essay: Describe why you deserve a scholarship, focusing on your motivation, need, leadership, and academic accomplishments. Discuss any special talents or obstacles you've overcome. Explain your desire to pursue a career in the beauty industry.
   • Academic Transcript: A copy of your high school transcript/diploma/equivalency.
   • Counsellor/Teacher Evaluation: A completed Guidance Counsellor/Teacher's Evaluation Form.
3. Submit Documents via Email:
   Attach all your prepared documents to a single email and send it to financialaid@westsideacademyottawa.ca. Please use the subject line:
   "Scholarship Application - [Your Full Name]".
